2 Months On Finasteride Side Effect Low Sperms And Premature Ejaculation

Hi guys
I am 30 years old man from Vietnam i got androgen alopecia. I has started finasteride 1mg and nizoran for almost 2 months. Never skip a day. But already got the side effect of low sperms count ( the semen more like water ) and premature ejaculation ( sex last only 2 minutes maximum then out already.), before the medicines my sex life is normal , the sex used to be around 9 - 14 minutes and some time even hard to ejaculation but now very problem , 2 minutes maximum, my libido is still ok. So i would like to ask your experienced advice, what should i do? should i continue or change to another method?

Your hair loss doesn't really look bad at all (doesn't even look like hair loss unless you are styling to cover) so why did u start in the first place? Merck encourages you to power through and they say that sides should subside. It's up to you what u wanna do as you'll be the one suffering any consequences (if any). Maybe u can give it another month or two but some people say that may be a mistake so it's really up to you.

Thanks for your reply Manochoice. I choose it because they said that it is better to take the medicines while the hair is still ok (to maintaining it). My hair used to be thicker, the shedding start a years ago, hair loss dramatically. All man in my family are bald so i would be the same. All consequences i would take it for myself of course. What i want to ask is that if anyone faced the same problem and what did they do? stop or change to another methods? because I'm new to the medicines so i would like to ask the experienced users who has years of finasterides using.

Premature ejaculation is a psychological problem. Dont connect it to finasteride. Probably, when you're during sex you think too much about performance on finasteride and it causes you to stress.

Premature ejaculation is very common stuff and it happens sometimes normaly even to experienced sex users.

I had PE when i was unexperienced but practice makes you perfect. Nothing to shame!

Just dont think about finasteride during intercourse. Should be fine

Thanks bros, but i pretty sure it is Finasteride. Low sperms count ( semen look more like water) and before the medicines my sex life is very healthy, and never happen in my life that the sex last only for 2 minutes. Before finas Im used to last for at leat 8-9 minutes.
