Alright so i'm just finishing off my second month of being on propecia. The shed is significantly lower and the scalp itch is almost non existant, i really do hope that I am a good responder... but even with these good signs i have doubts... i look at people with the good o'l fashioned horseshoe and I picture myself with one and I automatically feel devistated.... I really do hope i'm going to make a comeback from thining, i don't want to be just another bald guy.

May I suggest taking pictures of your hair now so that you have them to compare in 1-2 years when you will reach the full potential of your treatments. I always thought that I would remember how I looked without taking pictures, but 1-2 years is a long time when you don't see dramatic differences overnight. I received a new ATM card in the mail that had included a picture of myself on the card taken 2 years ago and I completely forgot just how far I have come in combating my hair situation. I was quite taken back.

I'm in the two month club also; actually entering the third month now. So far ZERO sides. Of course, I'm not the a*** type and I don't inspect my hair daily. But I definitely noticed no shed of any sort. I use nizoral twice a week and haven't had any dry scalp issues either.

As for results, well, I have minor thinning in the front and back. I'm hoping by attacking it early, I'll have a better chance of success (which for me can even be maintaining what I have now).
