Alright, since 5 months back ive been losing hair, its all over the head. I remembered times when I would pull my hair in the neck and maybe like 3-4 strands of hair would follow, many times.

I'm not sure if ive receded or not, maybe its just a illusion cause my hair seems thinner, ive looked at some pictures who are 1-2 years old when I had long and awesome hair, I got a small mole at my forehead close to temples and the hairline havent moved much I think, could be cause of the thinning.

There is maybe 10-15 strands of hair on pillow after every night, and when I pull my hair I never get more than 1-2 strands but its often I 1 or 2 strands will follow.

Ive been to the Doctor cause I had crazy itching and peeling on my scalp, all over it. He thought it was seborrheic dermatitis and I he told me to use Ketoconazol schampo, it never got any better I actually felt that Ketoconazol dried out my hair even more.

Overall my hair is way more brittle and I feel like I cant even use any wax/spray cause it so hard to style and I feel like it will break.

So I guess my question is, can seborrheic dermatitis cause this kind of hairloss and can male pattern baldness make you lose hair at the neck and behind the ears etc? Ive heard it doesnt make you lose that hair

Worth to mention is I had a very stressful autumn at that time the itching/hairloss started

Hair loss from the entire scalp might indicate Telogen Effluvium. Furthermore, your hair sounds unhealthy - is your diet adequate? The first thing to go is the hair on the head if the body is not properly cared for.

Yes if you compare my hair now with my hair hair 7 months ago, its like night and day. Now its hard, brittle. 8 months ago it was soft, easy to style etc.

Diet is good now, it wasnt when this started but I dont think a few months of bad diet gonna make me lose hair.

Also, last months Ive been gettin pimples or something just like pimples, ive had acne in my face earlier in life and I know how a pimple feel but its not really like a normal pimple.
These last days ive been thinkin about folliculitis? Cause ive seen many small pimples alongside hairline and a little bigger at my scalp.

I just wanna know this, can a really bad seborrheic dermatitis or maybe folliculitis cause this kind of hairloss? I got a very dry scalp, everytime when I scratch my scalp theres always some skin/grease/crust behind the nails

It could be from the stress, but in any case, talk to a serious dermatologist and not one of those guys who will just say so what that you might be going bald.

How frequently are you using the nizoral shampoo 1 or 2%? Get your scalp properly diagnosed A.S.A.P. Thanx for sharing.
