Is yours worse or better than mine? I seem to have thin hair all over but even when I was 15 I had thin hair and my scalp would show... sucks. Never had a lot of density.

I am trying to experiment with my hair and have noticed different partings or styles look better or worse. I have some more photos showing parted left and right, I normally part it to the right as it shows less recession for some reason. However on my left it looks more dense and natural but I look retarded. I also parted in the middle and noticed it looks red and how bad my crown is...
I have been itching and have got dandruff at the moment. For itching and dandruff should I get nizoral, Regen or others? I currently wash everyday with shampoo using Argon Oil shampoo or a thickening conditioner by Loreal.
I am currently waiting to get moles removed on scalp before trying finasteride and minoxidil as incase I need to shave if it fucks hair up I wont have ugly moles!
Any advice on how it looks and shampoo would be great thanks!

Start trearment ASAP brother. Shampoos wont do much but I like the Regenepure product the most (NT & DR). Add Minoxidil later if you aren't satisfied with the results. I started with finasteride&minoxidil at the same time and now I don't know which one is working.
A comb over suits you the best. A good barber can do wonders if you tell them you wanna make your hair look lesd thin.
Thanks for reply, a comb over? I didn't know I was doing a combover lol, which picture shows that? Yeh I will start finasteride too, hope it doesnt wreck me and do you think I am a good candidate for regrowth and saving my hair as it is already thin and not nice and thick like some peoples?

bro i have got the same hair texture as you, thin hair . Even on propecia and minoxidil they are thin , but you 've got some hairline recession which is not going to stop if you don't take med

Well not a classic comb over maybe. Just put all your one side, so it covers your scalp.
I said start ASAP because it's time to start treatment. If follicles have been dead for too long there's a chace they wont regrow anymore
I want to start ASAP but my heart keeps saying its natural... I have heard awful things about finasteride such as your body crashing or dick problems?? However, most people on here seem to say it has been ok, but what about in the future? I keep my already shite looking hair and then have permanent issues with my body?
In terms of treatments out there, why is everything so difficult. Some posts say Propecia and Minoxidil and others say they are so harmful to the body... I don't know what to do anymore I am so confused. What f*****g products do I take!

He should start with finasteride first and then add minoxidil later if he does not see great results. By the way Michel, I am getting regrowth in my temple area from my new minoxidils. I have not had that happen in years. If that grows significant enough I will be back to a NW1 again but I doubt it will happen. My hair is similar to the OP but I might have slightly less loss at the temples and less loss at the crown. That should give you and idea of what my situation is. Is your loss worse than his, Michel?

No offense to the OP but my hair is better . His hairline receded quite fast since the first pic , or this is the way he pushes back his hair with his hand . But his crown loss is the thing which would worry me the most .
I am really worried because when i started with propecia my crown was perfect but now i am started to see the exact pattern as the OP .

My hair was better than your when hairloss started (at 22), I was in denial but then noticed changes on my temples and hairline. After 9 month of hairloss I am currently on finasteride and oral spironolactone and have experinced regrowth in a matter of 2 weeks. I can't see scalp under the light now, but for temples I soon will add oral cyproterone and estradiol in small dosages. I want extra density, like I had at 15-17. But you even don't want to get on finasteride, lol.
These are pics under little lighting. front and sides dont look too bad, need a haircut as low grade will look less prominant and obvious.

This is an aggressive diffused Androgenetic Alopecia. I think you are torturing yourself uploading pictures over and over trying to get a positive feedback and even trying a combover. But the reality is that as long as your are without finasteride or dutasteride, your hair is going to get worse in a matter of weeks (or days). So my recommendation is to forget it and get away from this forum unless you are ready to do something useful for your hair. Sorry to be brutally honest, but I truly think is the best way to open your eyes.
Dude, i feel you so bad.. Thats how my hair looked when i first turned 20.. Its been a struggle but it finally stopped with hardcore meds. Get on Dutasteride, i don't think finasteride will help with your situation. Get on minoxidil as well. You need to start treating it, because it will only get worse, i repeat: it will get worse and worse for each day. You are already a NW2 and you're going to have a very visible bald spot when summer comes around.. Then what? Wearing a hat every day of the sunny days? Never swimming for fear of ridicule when you expose your shitty thin locks?
