(20m) Dermapen On Temples Every Month To Maintain?

Hey guys quick question. I’m 20 and I’ve noticed some thinning on my temples, although my immediate hairline above my forehead wrinkle hasn’t moved at all. Would it be worth it to use a dermapen to maintain?

Your picture links don't work so can't see what's wrong with your hair. Dermapen is better than a dermaroller if its made properly, although you really would want to be on finasteride and minoxidil to see any benefit from it.
