That depends how how much it changed. If its been like this since you were 18 then its not aggressive but if you went from full hairline to this in a few months then yes its aggressive. Also, do you have thinning behind the hairline?

I've really grown to like your posts; initially I wasn't that fond of you. You came across as a finasteride enthusiast, then I put things into perspective. I was like " hey, you know what...? This is all we f*cking got at the moment".

Im not a finasteride enthusiast, trust me, I wouldnt be taking it but its either that or being bald for me.I have no other choice I cant go bald this early.My line of reccomendation is always this. If your hair is receding but no thinning anywhere then I would not take finasteride and only use minoxidil and derma rolling. The moment you see thinning behind the hairline that is when true balding starts and when you should consider finasteride. Also family history plays a big role on reccomending finasteride. If someone has a history of nw6-7s then im more likely to reccomend finasteride than if people in their family stop at nw3 or something.
