I always assumed it meant hairs just getting smaller, but I rarely see hairs on my pillow or in the shower. See pic above for density, took it after styling it after a shower. Honestly was thinking about going with a shorter cut because of how crazy it gets

Is keto (I think it's called that) shampoo good?

I am also not really the most educated guy on this topic. But all I can see is that your hairline is thinning and that I can see your scalp fairly easy, nothing major yet. But I'd suggest going to a derm just to be sure.

Theres some thinning but from what it seems like it is progressing slow enough right now. Do you lose a lot of hairs during the day? Lose lots of hairs during showers?
