in a nutshell,
yes you have receded along the temples, however my personal recommendation to you is do not lose hope or think you cannot salvage your looks. Plenty of guys as this forum has stated before look great with mature hairlines. Other aspects of your life can accommodate your potential insecurities about it
BUT
Prevent anything further, whether that means hopping on finasteride/dutasteride etc
