Hi,

I'm 22, been balding since 18. I use Caboki to conceal hair loss but it's getting to the point I'm using a lot of it and still can notice balding. Anything in yet to stop this sht? Stressed tf out.

at age 22, you're too young to get a transplant. you can't pull off a shaved head?

Pics would be good to evaluate your options. However have you tried finasteride & minoxidil? There are new treatments on the horizon

Hair is a quality that I used to have, that's one thing that gives me confidence, without that I'll look like a twat tbh.

Finasteride (0,5 to 5 mg day)
Dutasteride (0,5 to 2 mg day)
Bicalutamide (25 mg every other day) or Cyproterone (12mg evey day)
Minoxidil Topical (2% - 5% - 10% - 15% - one or twice a day)
Minoxidil oral (1 mg to 10 mg a day).
Estradiol Topical (Or even oral if you’re really deseaperate, 0,5 mg to 1 mg).
...

Before giving up, try one or two of these treatments. Bicalutamide allows me to lower dutasteride and increase my libido. And I’m seeing little regrowth... almost no more itchy scalp, a relief.
If you really want your hair back you will need a significant treatment. But everything comes with a price.

Folfoxorack is right. With aggressive balding you need aggressive treatments, go balls to the wall with the heavy hitters like dutasteride, oral minoxidil and estradiol. Im currently on finasteride and recently oral minoxidil. No results yet, but im definitely going to add in estradiol if i dont make any gains. You can have your hair back, you just need to do whatever it takes to achieve it.

I to was in your boat. Found some people to talk through my worries of hair loss and it felt great to get those things off my chest. Hang in their man, remember you're not the only one dealing with this issue! Find people you can lean to get through the tough times, it helped me a lot. Consult a doctor and find out some options.

Early hair loss is always the worst. I started to lose at 18 and i'm 23 now. I used to get severe social anxiety but I've started to deal with that now. You really have to clear your head and be healthy, thats the best way to deal with your depression, try to live with it and develop yourself.

If I was you, I would get on medication asap to maintain and get some slight regrowth, so that when you are 30+ years old you can get a FUE, people say that Turkey and Iran are super cheap but realistically, I would only ever trust the well known places in America, Europe UK etc. My scenario is really just trying to maintain what I have until I am 30, then spending £5k on a FUE in the UK at the Harley Street Clinic... maybe in 5-10 years time the procedure will cost less and also be even more refined.
