Is it too late to jump on now or no?
I wish it happened in my 30s and not 20s
male pattern baldness.
Nothing unusual.
However, the extent of your hair loss is very aggressive
At this point, a wig is your only option. There is rele nothing to salvage, and the area is to big to restore (transplant)
You do actually look pretty decent. Do what I recommend and you can probably get alot of hair back if you got the $$$ for it.No way im wearing a wig.I can sort of pull off the bald look but i do miss hair![]()

you do pull off the bald look bro.
I would say just medicate, and maintain what you got
Avoid the horse shoe look and you should be fine. Even a stubbly NW5 is miles better
With dutasteride, minoxidil and topical estrogen the chances are fairly high.I got the money. I even have money for hair transplant multiple times over but the thing is i dont want to look like those guys that are trying to hide it nor do i want something unrealistic or not natural looking and from what ive seen and heard about transplant its a hit and miss and because i am in my 20s i dont know how much more hair i'll end up losing.
I would take the big 3 as i have done before for like a few months years ago but i was joining the military so i had to stop. I dont think ill get the results i want though lol what are the chances of full recovery or even density to be able to comb again? probably zero i think
