Hey, I opened many threads,
tried minoxidil and finasteride getting depressive find no sleep.
Iam 25 now thought i would end up with an nw5 but f*** it, the back of the head is thinning too, nw6 incoming.
Iam very depressed now. I am also not very self-confident.

I think shave it is the last option besides a hair system.

About me:
I am just 175cm tall
Just a red fuzzy beard (as you can see I tried to grow something)
My head is also very small

I dont can imagine me with a shaved head.
My "style" is also more teenager like as my face is.

I added a lot of pictures to show you my situation,
so what can I do if I would to a full shave.
Changing style, getting glasses (I could need them), growing a beard?

I have no idea and iam very helpless right now.

Hey, sorry you are going through this...
In your pic with the green top and beard I think you'd look good shaved.... Why not give it a shot? If you don't like it, you could then start looking into hair systems.

@shookwun or @WhitePolarBear could help you about the right strategy about a hair transplant in your case .
I think you have stareted med too late unfortunately .
Maybe dutasteride and minoxidil 15 could block this and revive few follicles , but this is an advanced case of hairloss .

Hey, yep i started meds much too late, so iam busted now.
A real hairtransplant isn't possible for me because the hair is too thin, this wouldnt even look good and iam tired now of using meds, with no real result.

For me it is just hard because i dont have the face or the body premises to have a bald head.

At the moment Iam thinking about getting a less is more with smp but the problem is my think light hair dont know if you would see it if it would be on the stobble look.

Donor is much to close in the NW6 area for my age :/

It would be hard with 35 to be bald but with 25 this affects me very very bad.

Don't ever think your hair is too thin for a transplant. The top doctors can place the grafts very close these days giving a natural result.

I would book consultations with the top docs in the world. See what the say. Don't give up man.

You could even use your beard hair as extra density.

Make it your mission to speak to all the best surgeons and have a go. Your too young to just give up.

The Problem is the Donor, as you can see on the picture it is far to nw6 now. I never tought i walk this nw6 route but i do.
The beard doesnt have a good density as well, there are a few spots like the chin but the sides are very bad.

Are you able to show me a nw6 smp guy which is blonde ? would be interessting because i cant finde one

Estradiol see if you can trigger hair growth before tit growth. Very little info on this - I'd try it myself if I could get it without prescription.

You have good symmetry and excellent proportions, you can pull the shaved look easily if you keep also the beard stubble.

Thanks mate. I am not very confident but ill try to shave it when I am done with my examen.

I also want to add a question as I am not yet a NW6 and taking finasteride and Stop it. Is there an option for me to get a hair transplant + SMP to archieve a less is more buzz cut?

Would be nice to get a realistic estimation.

Yeah an FUE alone would do the trick, then buzz it to break away the shinny scalp that you would get from shaving. How feasible depends if you're in Europe or the US, over here you can get a decent graft count FUE for 5000€.

Hey, @resu iam in Europe also thinks, fue is the better Option now. How many grafts would reach a good result ? And do you recomment any surgey in eu?

Hey i know i am up to create to much posts in this Case and i dont want to annoy you.

At the Moment iam taking finasteride AS i mentioned, so if I am up to get a FUE plus SMP 3-4mm buzzcut
Should i stay with it or can i skip?

According to my relatives my Patents died AS i was 5 years old so i dont know exactly where it goes Norwood 6 or 7. Got it from my fathers side, I dont have any pictures if my grandpa because he also died when is was young... So I am a bit of unsure.

finasteride having a lot of sides for me i have very very hard sexual issues.
But i stick with it if it would help

You really need to buzz it off, then look for options depending on where you live, Belgium, Spain and Turkey are the most popular countries for FUE.

You would want to do quite a bit of research into hair transplant's before considering this option as you are a high norwood level at a young age. You can see here on this forum what type of results you can get from a hair transplant at your norwood level, however, I haven't myself seen a result that would give you the teenage look you described in your first post. Yes they can do body and beard hair transplants now but have a look yourself to see what type of results you could expect.
I really think you should buzz it down to stubble or completely off, it will look far better than how you are wearing it now. You can still keep up treatments and if over time you feel you cannot accept this look, then look into the other options available like hair systems or hair transplant's.

I guess its me, but I don't understand why so many guys in this situation
don't just get a decent frontal zone of transplants, and accept a big bald spot in the back.

The front is all chicks really care about.......

it frames the face to an acceptable level

Particularly as you age, you wont care about a big bald spot when you are 40, 50, 60, 70, 80

But I guess those guys have a very good donor with even much more thick hair then me....

As I had long hair I contacted H&W 2 months a go and they said: "yes we can have a good result".
But hair was much longer then, so you saw a nw5 and not the nw6.

Will stick on finasteride and see what I can do, short haircut is no option for me, as i did a 2mm cut today and i look like an alien.
