I'm just so confused with your mentality... Shedding is not an issue, the issue begins if the hairs which are being shed become miniaturised...

But people say if you bald you shed too much and you can find them on pillow, shower,etc. But for even for shower I don’t lose much. My only concern is that the little diffuse thing on my left side for 4 years.

My sister sheds so much hair, yet her hair is still much thicker than yours. Shedding is not the issue, it's whether the hairs become miniaturised after shedding.

If you truly think you're balding, visit a dermatologist...

You have amazing hairs and absolutely no balding . I couldn't see any sign of baldness. If both side of your family has no or little baldness then you shouldn't worry. If anyone of the two side is f@#₹% then you would be bald sooner or later.

Dad: full hair(only exception is little patch on his left front, but minor) a**h** has nw1 at 50s but still he buzzcut his hair lol

His dad: bald at 70, before he had hair until 50s

Uncle: bald

Mother: good hair

Mum’s brother: nw2

Mum’s dad: nw2.5 at 55

I went to a dermatologist and he checked out my hair, he said it’s normal. No sign of Male pattern baldness, then he said I should go for therapy and treat my obsessions. Also he advised me to use vitamin support tablet.

Looks like you went to a good derm. Follow his advise and do sth for your psychological issues.
