Sounds like a bad idea.

It’s not, honestly. Men on this website are just wussies and have a fear of side effects, but at the end of the day if you’re not responding well to finasteride/dutasteride then you have to make the wise decision to go bald or experience side effects.

Why the dislike? He is only a NW3V, the big 3 will be enough.

By the big three, do you mean: orchiectomy, estrogen and hair serums? If so, I agree that the big three is certainly enough!

Not everyone is a mental case like you. And I have seen people with worse hair than him regrowing a sh*t ton on the big 3. Like @Somebody who got just as good of results as @bridgeburn.

The Big Three is one of the biggest shams I have seen on hair loss talk if I am being completely honest. It’s a combination of a weak medication, a topical that is horrible and can’t hold its weight on its own and a shampoo which smells like cheap bathroom cleaner.

But it isn't, it works for plenty of people.

‘Somebody’ seems to be the only successful example which people can show, which is interesting... o_O
I would love to see how long his results last!

you are very fucked.

you have been here since 2014 and only now you have started taken Finasteride. You should have done it way sooner.

Now you will waste alot of money on a hair transplant that is like a 50% chance of success

You’re hair isn’t that bad. You still have enough of it left that people wouldn’t consider you bald or anything. I honestly think that if you keep going with the big 3 you could end up with an alright head of hair.

You don’t understand that the big three isn’t a sustainable routine, and the likelihood that is stops working is significant. Most of that routine is relying on finasteride, otherwise minoxidil and nizoral don’t do much. What will they do once the routine begins to decline? They will just have to shave it all off, or spend masses amount of money on treatments which aren’t sustainable either.

You can’t even deny for a second that oral anti-androgens crush the big three.

I tell myself that I'll use big 3 and get a hair transplant, am I going to have to just get a system at some point?

So after 4 months you've seen no change at all? I'd say give it at least another 4.

I'm 44, and my hairline is exactly like yours, I've been on finasteride two months and I still lose hair from the V in the front left and right. I'm worried and getting depressed but I'm going to soldier on.

One of the big 3 is an oral anti-androgen.
