28 M need honest feedback on my hairloss (pics attached)

Hi,
I am looking for honest feedback/suggestions on how to improvr my hair situation. I started minoxidil 2x daily in Aug 2021 and finasteride 3x week regimen in Sep 2021. As soon as I incoporated finasteride, my hair loss came to an immediate halt and saw some regrowth but for the past 1.5 months I am shedding quite alot of short/thin hairs daily.

Pic 5 - Nov 2021 (hair looked best, little to no noticeable shedding)

Pic 7 - Taken Yesterday (shedding ongoing very noticeable)

I am really concerned and not sure if this regimen is even working for me anymore. I need your honest input. Thanks!

Start taking finasteride everyday now. See how you do. You might want to try oral minoxidil instead and microneedling. You have longer hair in the last photo versus the baseline but to me it looks rather stable. You are going to need a transplant in the future if you want to add more density.

Thanks! @DoctorHouse how does my hair health look overall? Do you think this could be a finasteride shed i am experiencing? The reason why I say that is because my hair loss completely halted as soon as I started finasteride but i heard a shed usually comes around 5-6 month mark. I am only shedding thin/short hairs atm.

Deffo take oral minoxidil. Maybe add duta once weekly with the finasteride or switch completely to duta only instead of fina. If you continue to shed like this for some more weeks that is.

Like I said you look rather stable. Overall hair looks decent. How is the hairline? Could be a shed but only time will tell. Be patient.
