3 Months On Propecia And A Little Help Required

I have been on finasteride for 3.5 months and minoxidil for 3 months. Hair loss had completely stopped at 3 or 2.5 months but now I'm losing 6-10 hair everyday which are thick but get very thin suddenly at the root. Is this normal?

When I wake up there's a tingling sensation all over my scalp till I take a shower. Is that dht attacking my follicles that I feel?

I had the same thing when I had my big shed. I'm not sure whether it's DHT attacking your follicles or something else. But like I said, it's probably a good sign. The combination of Finasteride and Minoxidil probably puts your hairs into the telogen phase, which means they fall out. After that synchronization they will grow back.
