Stop taking 100,000 IUs of d3 weekly... maximum is 25,000 and that’s until it stabilizes then you cut to once every two weeks.

You have Androgenetic Alopecia. Minoxidil was a major error in my opinion. If finasteride doesn’t crash you, keep taking it. Shedding is part of the healing / reversing process. If the hair that falls out have a small white bulb at their root, it means it’s working. If they don’t, you’re just losing hair.

Stay consistent with the treatment and don’t panic (for now) is all I’m gonna state here.

What does the white bulb have to do with finasteride working? Curious because literally every hair I lose has a bulb.

Means it’s giving room for the new hair. Some also say it’s tellogen effluvium. From experience I tell you it’s the first. Happened to me on Finasteride and I was in a very advanced miniaturization stage. I was growing thicker, darker and stronger hair by the day.

as far as I know the white bulb just means the hair was shedded and not broken off, so doesn’t mean it’s working.
No sides from finasteride. Why do you think minoxidil is a major error? I always read doctors say the best results are by combining both.
