Seems to be thinning a little but normal for your age. You probably won't be 'bald' until your 60s. A mild hair transplant 10 years down the road and you're set for life.

I just got mine back to that after 16 months of treatments and I'm 29, don't let it get any worse because it gets very noticeable after that point.

With the big 3 you might not need a transplant. Id try the big 3 before going transplant route. Its the big 1 though still you need propecia its not optional.
I dont think anyone has a long term chance avoiding propecia. It just works too well to avoid it although I completely understand some people (me!) are not comfortable with the risks that come with it
