completed 4.5 Months on 0.5 MG avodart every other day.

I shed every year in summers, even though the ending of the shed coincided with a month of dutasteride intake, i believe the shedding went down by itself. I'm also using 5% minoxidil since 10-11 months now. Diffuse Thinner. So far dutasteride has done squat. I believe my right temple is slowly receding and hair overall is less dense... 2 hair where there used to be 3, no bald spot as such. Losing hair from the nape of the neck and the donor area as well. Shedding about 20-30 hair a day these days alot of which are pretty vellus and weak looking.

I wonder when dutasteride'll kick in if it ever does. I started dutasteride after having no luck with 1 mg finasteride for 2 whole years.

Side effects at the moment: ALOT of brain fog. Libido Down by at least 60-70 %. Tired and fatty deposits all over.

i think you will have much better results on the big 3 with hair kept short, or even switch out nizoral and use revita every day left on scalp for 10 min in shower. i applaud you for trying dutasteride though because takes a lot of guts to go through those side affects. id give it a few more months b4 u give up on dutasteride. also is there a reason you are doing dutasteride every other day because i think every other day comes out to be barely better then propecia 1mg a day. i personally would take dutasteride every day with a glass of grapefruit juice to make it better absorb and come close to absorption of 1.0mg.

You are screwed just like me! If you haven't responded to dutasteride so far and experiencing so many sides just quit it bro. For 2-3 months just go with topicals and see what happens. Try to add spironolactone, Tricomin, Emu Oil, PTO shampoo, etc and Focus on your diet.

Bottom line if you don't repond to finasteride, dutasteride and minoxidil you are screwed. Start saving up for a hair transplant or HM after 5-10 years.

5 months on 0.5 mg dutasteride every other day.

diffusing further. Crown feels alot thinner than before. Temple seems to be receding ever so slightly.

i get a shed every summer without fail..the worst..coming summer i shall start with the bald spots which till now i had none. I started all these treatments when i had a full head of hair :D.. and yet 2 years of finasteride and 5 months of dutasteride with around a year of 5% minoxidil twice a day have done squat for me.
