4 Mon Minoxidil 3 Mon Finasteride Regrowth

I've been lurking around this forum since I started minoxidil now almost four months and finasteride 3 months .my derm diagnosed me with telogen effluvium but I do not think so. I had a big shed around the end of September and shedding continued till around mid December and now it has slowed down significantly but still shedding I guess around 20-60 ish hairs which is normal.I think I am now noticing regrowth while also having quite a few vellus hairs around my temples. My hair hasn't increased much in density but I hope that will happen in the future as it's too early for great regrowth . If my hairline still is thinner prior to the shedding I will be getting prp injections and if I start losing ground again ru and dutasteride but those are a back up plan. Pic with the date on it is 2 months on minoxidil after shedding had reduced.

I had extremely thick hair (middle eastern thick) and I lost alot of density in the space of 3 months ,I'm trying to save my hair while it's still there no use in treating hairloss if you have barely any hair to treat, I'll update in another month as for the encouraging messages I thought this forum was made to help people with such problems

@Tryingtosavethecurls This mental health comments are unwarranted. People here are somewhat not impressed by your worries because you sport an incredible amount of hair. Many of us here would be happy to have half of your density. While I understand your worries and the fact that you want to be proactive and not get into a situation where you don't have hair to fight more, I believe you are nuking your body too early. Hair Loss is unpredictable: it may accelerate or it may be a very slow process. All depends on your genes. Also, if you have Telogen Effluvium, I don't think anti-androgens would help.

Here are some earlier pictures the first one is before I had any signs of hairloss ,second is when I noticed increases shedding ,third picture is after increased shedding stopped and the last picture is my hair currently ,I have had regrowth but my density has not yet recovered wether it is telogen effluvium or not it's quite worrying when seeing this drastic change in less than a year. Also throughout these pictures my hair has not been cut once.

Hair all over my scalp has lost density and my hairline is thinner than it was 4-5 months, it is much harder for me to style my hair when before it was effortless and my hair feels weak, it may not be male pattern baldness but to say that it isn't hairloss is stupid. I hope that it is just telogen effluvium and that it will grow back in another 4 months
