22yr Male. I know it does not look like horrible male pattern baldness, but my dad is near a NW7, we have the same hair and basically genetics throughout. I tried to catch it as early as I could and start treatment. So, I am almost done with my 4th month on brand named Propecia 1mg a day. I have experienced shedding for all 4 months, labido up and down for the first 2, and fatigue. I am going to stay on finasteride for atleast a year to see where I end up and probably add something when that first year is up. I am most likely going to consult you guys because it seems like the members of these threads know more/care more about hair loss symptoms and treatments. The attached before and after pictures will be included (first 3 before, last 3 *4 months on finasteride*) below and any input in appreciated. Should I add anything now? What are some good options you guys think? Also, is there anyway to tell if a person is experiencing super sensitive androgen reception resulting in acceleration of male pattern baldness? Let me know!
