I have been taking the standardised 85-95% holland and Barrett saw palmetto for 7 months along with a well multivit and a boots once a day gingko for circulation.
Four weeks ago I started Regaine on my temple corners and sides of head (temple point) as this is where I am noticeably receding. I have always had White/blonde hairs in my temples (one more than the other) measuring about 1cm. I feel that Regaine has thinned this area but do feel like I can see more vellus growth.
Does anyone have a success story of the hairline or believe it can work there and on the temple point? I have also started nizoral 3 times a week to help.
Also I truths scalp exercises daily but I am unsure on what they exactly are and I am reluctant to buy the books online. I tend to sharply raise my eyebrows which jolts the whole top of my head forward. Is this correct? Can anyone advise on this also?
I'm reluctant to use Propecia due to sides. The mrs doesn't know about the regaine foam (4 weeks of "just popping to the loo" at night) and despite her constant "I'll love you even when you look like your dad" (bold) I'd quite like to slow/ Regrow my hair for now until this miracle cure comes out
