5 months on finasteride, Still Shedding a Ton! Reccomendations?

Hey guys, So I'm approaching 5 months on finasteride and I've been shedding like crazy ever since the 2 week mark. Is this normal? My stress/anxiety is also through the roof because of this which I know isn't helping. I am also using 1% nizoral and laser comb. Couldn't use rogaine because of sides. Is there any hope for me? Any recommendations? Thanks a lot everyone

Comparatively, how much were you shedding before you started finasteride?

If it's more, it means the treatment is working. Either way, stick it out atleast 8 months. If it's working, you should see those hair grow back thicker.

I'm definitely shedding more than I was before finasteride. My stress level has drastically increased over this time as well due to hair loss and other life things so I am worried that its the stress and not the finasteride working.
