5% vs 10% minoxidil

So, I only am able to apply minoxidil once daily (I don't want to get into why, as then all the thread will be about is that).

Right now, I use 5% (Kirkland w/ added B12) x 1 daily.

Is doing 1 x 10% minoxidil going to yield similar results as doing 2 x 5%?
Or might I just stick to 5% and save myself the money/trouble?

Also, what are the sides/risks of 10% over 5% ?
Anyone with experience with 10% minoxidil here?

Thanks.

[h=3]Endocrine[/h]Endocrine side effects include at least one case of pseudoacromegaly. A case of pseudoacromegaly which resulted from long-term (10 years) use of minoxidil (50 mg/day) has been reported.

Possibly but thats no definite....it'll be better than 1 once a day 5% but will have more side effects...besides is there a 10% minoxidil? i thought only 5% was available now...
