7 Month update

Growth people, growth....7 months on minoxidil, finasteride, and nizoral and I am seeing myself with more hair than I have had in 2 years or more....

I can actually comb my hair across my head and not have to push it down over my temples.

Temples are at 65-70% full grown (it's weird b/c my left temple is like a Norwood 3 diffuse thin but only at the temple, the right is not near as bad)

Crown is at %95 full grown

I am going thru a shed, but my hair is still as thick as it has been in years.

I hope this disspells some of the recent negativity on this board.

Hey man, glad to hear things are going great! I am right there along side you buddy. I am just a little ways behind you in the crown area though. This is posing as the toughest area so far. I had much better success in the hairline and with the temples. I am still gonna fight it, and hope I am back in action at the full year mark, or maybe a little after that. But I am way amped on things at this stage. No regrets! Wish me luck!

I'm pretty f-in hyped too. I am going thru a mild shed......my first in a LONG time....

I was pretty shocked and getting upset but then...almost like some kind of sign, I noticed how much thicker my hair looks even with the shed. New hairs are growing (terminal) that have not been there in 3 years.....crazy. I'm going to try and post some pics here this fall as soon as I can get access to a digital camera.

I refuse to go bald!!!!! Period.

I think XL gets it from Target for $30 for 3 bottles of Rogain....I think. I'm going to check it out.

Kirkland minoxidil can be purchased for 30 bucks for 4 bottles online. That is the cheapest I have seen. I just googled and bought myself 8 bottles to get the free shipping

hey descending..... when did you first notice regrowth? was it at a certain month, or was it gradual fro the beginning??

well I have nothing but positive feedback to post. It's amazing what's happened to my hair with the 2 and a half months I've been on this stuff. First off, the success I have had in the short time I've been treating my hair, is beyond what I thought I was gonna regrow no matter how many months or years I would be on a regimen, and I got killer results in this short, short time.

You may think im kidding and it's just my imagination, but im here to tell you im quite astonished with my results. The very front is giving great response since it was the last to thin out and the thing is, it hasnt been that thick in 8 years. I guess the response on the temples makes it seem even better. It's like magic to regrow all that you lost in 8 years in a little over 2 mos.

The crown is my very bad spot however, but it is already closing in and lots of frizzy wild stuff is going on back there. Looks quite messy, but I know it's doing it's thing. I will post pics maybe at the six month mark.
