hey, looks great..i would say to me, that is cosmetically acceptable...and looks good short...so, it can only be better from here, cuz it already looks good.

That is becase you have not seen my crown bald spot:), by the way, I expected better results on crown than in front and temples and it is comletely different.

I´ve also got better results in the front than my crown so far, but I think that I started to bald in the crown before the front. It seems like the areas you started to thin last will fill in first, atleast thats my experience.

That's probally true alright, it's the last hairs to go that need less encouragement to come back to life

Yeah, I remeber that I saw first thinning on crown. Then on temples and then on midscalp.

I am considering to add xandrox15%, spironolactone or fluridil to my regimen for temples and crown. But maybe I can regrow just with my contemporary regimen on that areas and it will take just a little more time.

This is dilema because if just big 3 do not help for crown as good as for midscalp, the sooner I start with "stronger" regimen the better.Am I right?

I think of it like this. Right now with the success I´m having Ã￾´m atleast "pausing" my hairloss. The hairloss is probably not progressing any. That gives me time to let Propecia work alone for 12-18 months. And then after 18 months if I´m not satisified I can add minoxidil and other stuff, and it would not be too late. I don´t know if this is true though...

Hey guys!

I have just found lot of photos showing my before treatment situation. Even with longer hair. It has shocked me how terrible my hair situation was three years ago compared to my contemporary situation.

Unfortunately they are not in digital format and I have got no scanner here so it will take some time. I will send them as soon as possible.

It's nice to see that the "Big Three" maligned as ineffective by so many who critcize this site, continue to show great results for those using them, while all the products they're using continue to lack before and after photos of any significance. :)

Congratulations, and I am proud that we were able to play a role in directing you to treatments that can actually help your hair loss.

I must say thank you to this site and to all posters here for support and valuable information. This site has played the key role in my decision to start with big3.

Actually, in spring 03 I was considering to have hair transplant but I saw some posts and info on this site that it is still quite early to have hair transplant in my age and I decided to try drugs first. It was good decision.

Thank you guys once again and just keep on fighting. Patience is the key.

Hey Pharoh!

I have just seen your pics and your hair is in better shape than mine before treatment. Maybe you will have even better success that me:)

However I have not seen minoxidil in your regimen and I think that this drug helps me to regrow hair. I am in month 5 of finasteride and it usually starts to work after 6months and later as reported here.

Anyway I wish you have great results with your regimen soon!

Looks great! Did you think that minoxidil help? Seem like your major improvement is after taking the finasteride. Anyway keep it up!

I think it must be minoxidil anyway, cause as I know finasteride alone does not cause
such regrowth. I think that finasteride is designed rather for maintaining but can support regrowing effect of minoxidil.

Maybe the finasteride is already working for me as on the leaflet is written that first result could be seen after 3months. But I have heard on these boards that you usually see effect of taking finasteride after 6months and later.
