What a pathetic old man.

Just point him to the door, and be glad that you have your position in life (regardless of your norwood) and are not in his shoes.

Only the desperate need to resort to petty jibes for personal solace.

That guy is perfect evidence to throw at hair loss doctors with there mature hairline crap. Norwood 7 are just hairlines that matured a little more its not balding its just part of getting older. I mean a little hairline maturing is something thats just unavoidable so Norwood 7s can feel better knowing they just have extra matured hairlines.

you are full of it. a mature hairline is slight corner recession and general moving up of the hairline, something like keith olbermann.

Guys, not to pull a ronaldkia or anything, but I have noticed a pattern which I'm sure has no statistical significance. I 'm pretty good at spotting what economic class people are from in my community by how they dress and appear. It seems to me like a larger percentage of lower and middle class men have NW1s(thick heads of hair) than do people in the upper middle and upper classes. Now obviously this is a small sample size but isn't that interesting?

At least from my experience, it shows that lack of hair doesn't hold the best people back from succeeding. Cheney(Satan though he may be) is bald, the Treasury Secretary is, the Fed Reserve chairman is, Giuliani is, McCain is. All these upper class people are slick bald.

Now I know that there's no real correlation here and i'm just messing around, but I have found in places I frequent that the people dressed in mechanics and welder's outfits to tend to have better heads of hair on average than the people wearing suits and ties.

This guy was 83 yrs old and in serious debt right?
Well also not wanting to pull a Ronaldkia I have kinda noticed how on average a higher percentage of balding/bald guys have been the ones to concentrate on their future financial security savings, pensions ect whilst most guys with flashy hair just piss all their money away, take out huge loans/overdrafts and never think about their future financial status.
Just an observation.

i hear you saf.

why do you think this is? i just saw a few more guys today who were lower and middle class with great heads of hair, and a couple guys in suits with norwood 6's, there may be something to it.

another thing i noticed is how rare norwood 7 really seems to be. like i see very few guys with the horseshoe but without the high sides and higher back of a Norwood 6.

Well I know thats the case with me as soon as m.p.b hit I knew that I'd want to do something about it one day so I cautiously started saving, I blame this on hairloss insecurity.
Jayman dont read too much into wether a guy wears a suit or not, in the UK a man with a real trade plumber, mechanic etc earns twice as much as some douche who sits in an office, unless he happens to be a CEO or something.

What a wanksplat.

I cannot STAND comments like that from people - what possible good can it do to tell you that you're losing your hair? Magically regrow it all for you? No. It just wrecks people's confidence. It's seen as socially unacceptable to comment on a women's weight (I'd say that's almost on a par with racism these days) but because we're men, we just have to accept the nasty put downs.

Even before my male pattern baldness days if I noticed someone was balding I'd dare not mention, more so nowadays - I am more sensitive about people's feelings.

Nasty, geriatric c***.

i've just read the story. It's pretty sad that he have debts. My family have it too though now its much much less than 10 years ago. It's a grief and certainly he's pretty sad. He may be a bastard but i feel sorry for him.

But the main queston is: would you trade your wealth for a NW1? I would happier to be a NW1. It's my unreacheble dream.

If its that important to you then why not consider a hair transplant?

I dont think hair transplant is a good solution. You cant get enough density and every hair transplants i saw were unsatisfatory and really looked unnatural.
