85% Foam vs. 55% Liquid

It says it right here on this site in the section to purchase treatments. 85% of people grew hair with foam vs. 55% with the liquid.

So what gives? Is it true? Is it a lie? Is it...

From my personal experiences, I feel foam is the better of the two in term of both effectiveness & side effects.

I've done both of them and got the same results except that the liquid takes a while to dry and therefore makes it almost impossible to go out right after applying.

Well I think the foam is a gimick. Its not even sold in the EU. I lost alot of progress on the foam as well.
