It would cause controversy if Wills was found to be using finasteride or dutasteride he'd be seen as promoting drugs for non medical reasons. Dr's would site the side effects etc (The royal Dr's would probably not allow it) and he'd be called vain in the media and lose public credibilaty. Also it would attract unwanted attention to the fact that he is balding.

Thats probably true. In that case then, if I was him, I would secretely take finasteride or dutasteride and add some rogaine foam. He still has time to recover or retain what he has.

I'm talking about the theory that you subscribe to where baldness is a wonderful experience making you look better than you did with hair etc.
The word denial has been used here and although that may not be fair you certainly seem to view baldness through the proverbial 'rose tinted spectacles'.
Your acceptance of it is admirable but thats just your choice and not the opinion of the majority. Everything you claim about baldness does not ring true for me or many others but you continue to preach what is in your eyes the only option, refusing point blank to take anyone else's ideas into consideration.
It seems your opinion anyone who refuses to shave has issues with confidence or is simply too vain.
Everybody is well aware of the shaving option but we dont want to take it, keeping on about it wont change the way we feel.
Its as bad as being told what clothes I should be wearing.

Oh and BTW Harrison Ford was joking when he said he'd love to be bald in the rain.
Without his hair he would never have even had a movie career.

I think he is just trying to get people to notice other avenues, there are alot of depressed(some suicidal) people on this forum, it shouldnt be this way.
"I" think that hair transplant and systems shouldnt be considered as they dont seem real plus I dont think enough hair transplants have been done, maybe in about 20 years when they can see what happens to people(whether their hair falls out or not) I will accept that they are safe and desirable though they will never be for me. Systems are just lies, plain and simple and Ill never accept them.

Well I haven't really lost my hair yet. Yes I do think hair transplants look good but only from Dr Armani. Er... the girls already love me because I'm a handsome son of a gun, intelligent and a bad boy. Moreover yes I believe that if I became bald and then got a full head of hair a higher percentage of girls would find me attractive. I do love myself (though I am not narcissistic) though I love this girl more (dam its annoying being in love). My psychological analysis of blondeguys posts and website lead me to believe he is in denial - I'm sure in his own head he thinks being bald is heaven. But over the years he has just repressed his true feelings more and more. I don't mean to direct my posts to one other forum user. I am doing this simply because this is meant to me a forum of hairloss and obviously people are on this site because they like hair; its that simple. It doesn't really matter how much this dude tells them bald is better than an*l sex. This guy needs to be more of a realist like me.

ps. In reply to the forum user who stated he may truely believe the bald look is better - this may be the case however there is a phenominal difference between shaving your head and knowing the hair will grow back and being bald through nature.

if you see through what blondeguy writes and understand it right, you can learn much. thats my opinion.

see, i have accepted my hairloss now. but i still fight it. i still think a full head of hair is better than a bald or balding one.

but what can i do at the moment, just now? nothing. i can only add more treatments to my regimen and then wait. so its better to accept it how it is and be happy with it. i dont know how handsome you are, i am handsome too i think but yet i still got many other flaws than only my hairloss. everyone does. even models.

but its better to accept it how it is now and be happy and focus on more important things than appearance. in 30 years you will think that you lost this time if you dont live now. and to accept the hairloss is the way to go.

i dont say doing nothing to improve your appearance. i do so. i probably do more for my appearance than most other guys in the world, but yet i accept how i look. shall i whine about it?

I agree with a lot of what you are saying. the only way is to embrace baldness if the treatments are an eventual failure. But the difference between you and blondeguy is that you admit you would look better with hair. Just out of interest will you go for follicular cloning when it comes out?
