You can still save some money when you date. Just dont pay for the girl. Make it 50/50. Im not paying for jack crap when I date other than my own stuff. Unless we are girlfriend and boyfriend status thats when Ill pay for both. But when it comes to dating, hell no! Im not going to waste countless dollars on dates only to find out her personality type is not what Im looking for. I know alot of guys who drive women around and pay for their foods and all that, but guess what, she doesnt even consider him a bf! Thats some sucker right there!

It doesn't matter if you don't pay for the girl, you are still going out and spending on activities that you wouldn't do by yourself. So the extra expense is still there.
