a thing of dread: the shed!!

im in my 3rd week of roagine foam and im shedding like a tree in the fall!

this is good news, i see it as progression, but, jesus, its falling fast!

who else here remembers or is in this phase right now?

lemme know!

i cant wait for my dwayne johnson hairs to come out!

I hit the same thing a week or so ago, it was a bit of a shock as my hair had pretty much stabalized from 3 months of finasteride, I think I also accidentally timed it so that I'm getting my first shed from both treatments at the same time. I'm kind of excited because this is it.. I will finally get to see how/ if this all works with my own eyes.

i think i started a dutasteride shed ,its hard for me to know because my hair is buzzed down on 0 but it seems and feels a bit thinner
i hate it i wish it would be better allready i really want to grow it out but i wont do it as long as its not thin

I had started growing my hair out again but if this shed continues for much longer without any signs of regrowth I'll be buzzing mine again too.

aaah the infamous 3 week shed.

i was freaking out when i saw myself in a mirror during that shed.... don't worry though, it'll be over soon and if it's anything like mine, then you'll experience some very good regrowth too

i started a rogaine foam shed (after being on big three with liquid minoxidil) after one month ,definitely the biggest shed i have had since starting any treatment.ive now been shedding from the foam for about 6 weeks or so.


when i first shed from liquid minoxidil i never actually noticed if and when it stopped but my hair improved ,and it wasnt just me noticing.my family didnt know i was on anythign and asked if i had dyed my hair cos it looked darker.

aaaanyways yea shedding aint fun but its worth it :hairy:

damn, i cant believe how much ive lost

in all seriousness.....a good 40% of my hair has wiggled its way out of the top
of me scalp. :freaked:

im almost a month in on rogaine and i cant wait to have some hulk hogan hairs peeking through...
