About 6 more months to go....

I've been on Propecia for almost 6 months already (can't believe how fast time is flying by!) and my initial plan was to stick with this stuff for at least a year. Man, this past few days I've noticed an increase in shedding (I've had periods of increased shedding way before I took Propecia). I know I shouldn't expect regrowth after only 6 months but I expected to see at least a little bit of a difference by now. Maybe a reduction in daily shedding? Or maybe a decrease in scalp itch/irritation? So far it seems that finasteride hasn't done anything at all. Almost 6 months and I look and feel like I haven't been taking anything at all. I will definitely stick it out for another 6+ months before making a decision but so far I'm pretty damn discouraged.

I am on almost 8 months and in the same position as you buddy... hopefully things turn around soon or my crown will start being very noticeable.
