NO its not NW3. You can still keep long hair for another 1/2/3 years depending on your hairloss progression , given you decide not to take meds. It looks good long dude. Enjoy while its still there or buzz it and get start getting used to it. Good luck!!

Sorry, I'm just going off what the derm and other people these forums have told me. Honestly this is the first time I'm having people tell me my hair doesn't look like it's thinning or receding much at all.

You were receding, a little bit more than I am. And I understand what you said about your hair looking awful. No point in keeping dead s*it on your head if you can't style it. Don't listen if someone says it looked good long, you looked like a geek with longer hair.

Thanks dude. i'm taking finasteride atm. I don't need minoxidil yet... at least, i don't think i do. I think most of my loss is at the hairline anyway.
