hiya, im 25 and diffuse thinning, temples are lookin pretty bad as well.i want to try and maintain what ive got if i can, and hopefully regrow as much as i can.

Just ordeded fincar 5mg from inhouse pharmacy, am planning on cutting into quarters, and using kirkland minoxidil, and nizoral shampoo.

Is there anyway i should start these? Or just get on all of them at the same time? I think im gonna be fine taking the fincar and using the nizoral, but i know its gonna be a pain applying the minoxidil twice aday, would applying once aday have any affect? or negative effects? :S

hey there soonsheeeine (im assuming what with the name and all )

yea you can just start all three at once,i was on the exact same regimen except now i use the rogaine/regaine foam minoxidil and its way way easier to use then liquid.

if however you are gonna use kirkland,once a day could help you see results but obviously not as good as twice a day.


i highly recommend using the foam,its easier and for me gave me better results.

also ,you should only use the nizoral 2-3 times a week.
