anyone gained MORE hairline than what you were born with, or more than you had as a teenager? Right now, my temples right above the ears have pushed forward a little bit more than I ever remember having.

Wouldn't happen... if you never had proper hair folicles there in the first place, they aren't going to magically appear!

Your probably making it up in your head... or on your head!

Actually, I think it could. If you are using minoxidil it's possibly that you are stimulating hairs that have always been vellus and making them terminal. If you look at your forehead, it's covered in tiny vellus hairs. If you're some incredible responder to minoxidil, maybe you could turn your whole face into monkey-hair thickness!

like melbs was saying.. follicles just don't appear from nowhere.. you can rejuvinate the dying ones, but thats about it. it could get thick to the point where it looks like that however.

well, I might be talkin out my *** or whatever, but those tiny, dark, AND slightly growing hairs on the forehead have to be something right? It's better than peach fuzz, but not quite terminals. They are also very compact and tons of them per square inch on the forehead.

I never would have expected these to appear so far in front of the hairline, so just what the hell are they doing there? That's what gets me. What's the point of them being better than unpigmented peach fuzz if they wouldn't turn terminal?? Arrgh.. and the mystery of the hair continues. I guess none of us really know what to ever expect when it comes to hair, do we? I need a beer.

We all have haair follicles all over our heads, faces and bodies. We just cannot see a lot of it as it is tiny and unpigmented.

It is possible to grow hair in these places by stimulating growth with minoxidil.

Finding the point and baldness are different universes.

I don't use a topical at all except for Nizoral. I'd be willing to shoot for Xandrox 15% only along the forehead to grow this stuff. Would that be a good idea? I wouldn't even use it anywhere that there's established hair. Would that make good use, or should it go into some of the front hairline to even it out?

I have a friend who used to always get minoxidil all over his neck and back becuase he wasnt properly warned about keeping it on his head and he would clean up the drippage with a towel and rub it all over his neck and back. He said that he was sprouting darker hairs on his back that he had never seen before.
