Accutane stop hair loss?

Accutane is a drug that stops the sebum output from your skin. I have read that sebum causes the hair follicles to be more sensitive to dht causing you to lose hair faster. Is this true, and if it is could accutane stop hair loss?

Accutane at normal dose for acne overdry your skin+scalp and causes hairloss! Its like a take 100 vitamin A pills together... in very small doses maybe help! But why dont use natural vitamin A megadose = 5-10mg from Cod Liver Oil for tha same purpose!

well what if you take accutane in smaller doses, then it wouldn't overly dry the skin and scalp causing hairloss, and instead prevent hairloss.
