Advice needed! Temple recession

Hmm this post as left me thinking quite a lot.

Parcel still needs to be picked up from post office. Don't know what to do

To be honest if minoxidil actually WORKS on temple area i'd be willing to live with it for the rest of my life. I'm just constantly put off by the potential sides that I can experience etc.

It's a commitment I'd be willing to make if It will maintain my temples without sides (heart rate/flaking etc etc). I guess I can use nizoral no matter what, but it's apparently not much good on its own.

What do you reckon ? Worth a shot?

I use Nizorel and I shed like a bastard and it made my hair look like straw. Just my experience. All topicals I tried ( shampoos) did nothing for me, I only used them for 6 months but.....

didn't get much results.

yes... the same for me, I used nizoral yesterday for the first time and I was freakout by the crazy shed, almost 40 hairs in my hand, first time in my life that I see so many hairs together.

I will never use that shampoo again.

Argh :(

I will try the nizoral and see how I respond to it, but will wait with the minoxidil to see how my hair develops from here first. If it continues for the worse then I'll have to reconsider the situation.

Feel so... powerless. There seems I can't do anything about temples. :woot:
I really wish there was something that could be done.
