Hi I recently made a thread over https://www.gourmetstylewellness.com/intera...dvice-on-my-hair-cowlick.101123/#post-1369659 Please take a look at the pictures there.

About some thinning on my crown and cowlicks. There was some debate on the level of thinning etc, I visited my doctor (albeit he was pretty crap) but after looking for 10 seconds he managed to so say yes it's male pattern baldness, whether he is right or not I don't know but anyway i'm sure there is some thinning over the cowslick and my crown etc..

After lots of debating I have decided I will give minoxidil a try, and also have a look into some vitamins etc.. but I know they are just back up. I have decided against finasteride totally.

I have a couple of questions though. Should I go for the liquid or the foam? Also do I just apply on my crown areas and the places that look thinner or across the top?

I think I have decided to go for Kirkland's brand too as it so much cheaper than Rogaine.

Any users/advice would be great.

Thanks.

Foam, apply wherever has seen thinning that you would like to improve on, kirklands brand is fine.

Thanks, you think my crown would benefit from this treatment and from the foam as opposed to liquid?

Foam is easier, no other reason I recommended it. They should be both as efficient so long as they are applied right, I just think foam is easier to apply.

I think it's likely it will help you. Some people it simply doesn't work for, but for most it does something, ranging from a slight thickening of hairs to regrowth of completely miniaturized and not previously visible hairs.
