in terms of 'terminal areas' my hair is not too bad, so lets see how the finasteride and nizoral go. im sure you've been asked before, but can i ask if you have experienced any side effects?

So far I haven't. On the flip side, the hair I could have saved decades ago is gone, and I'm not
probably not going to get it back either.

thanks for the comments all, 4th day on 0.5mg of finasteride at the moment. two days before i started taking it i incorporated a very potent multivitamin into my daily diet, 'orange triad' its called. i started getting a sort of itchy/warm feeling in my nipples, since taking finasteride ive noticed it more, and because i keep touching them and thinking about them i swear its getting worse...........if i didnt have the hard lump behind my left nipple from my teenage days i wouldnt be worried so much........kind of just thinking about loud here.....i will keep going with the finasteride and monitor any changes, my bodyfat is around 11% as ive been cutting so that should make it easier to keep an eye on.

Minoxidil is definitely more powerful than Nizoral.

There's a lot more science around Minoxidil than Nizerol. And you don't need a high dosage.
Five percent is good enough (there's not a lot of science for higher numbers).

If you COMBINE Minoxidil and Finasteride, you can increase your probability of getting hair back by 15%.

Follicle death can and will happen unless it is regrown in a faster fashion.

i see, i have been heavily focussed on the finasteride element for obvious reasons so i will consider incorporating this too, think you can pick up a 3 month supply for about £50 here so its not too expensive

Hairline regrowth with Minoxidil IS possible. Put it on your hairline AND vertex.

There can be an initial ONE TIME shedding for twelve to sixteen weeks. After that, no shedding will occur.

Please stick with it though. Even with two percent Minoxidil, people get results. It's just without a primary medication
like Finasteride, the results aren't permanent.

Every international government study proves that Finasteride combined with Minoxidil is better than Finasteride alone.

Of course, Finasteride is more powerful than Minoxidil. Half is better than none, and might be good enough.
