These type of threads are irrelevant to me, yes we all know that there are succesful bald guys out there.
I'm not a famous millionaire sportsman, musician or actor. Its not relavant to the average bald guy. These guys have their natural talent most dont.

I'm with s.a.f. to some extent, but there are also loads of normal guys who have dealt with hairloss. It's good that even some celebrities, sportsmen and musicians have got the balls to lead the way and not all of them resort to wigs or transplants to make balding look like something that's totally unacceptable. That said, I wouldn't give a f*** about my hairloss if my skull would look anything like these guys' on this thread.

For some reason I have grown fond to this buzzed #0 sides and not shaved with a blade (like Statham), it looks good on many guys IMO. I don't think I'll ever shave with a blade myself even when the top is totally gone.

In all honesty though if I made a list of the guys I'd most like to look like none of those guys would make an appearance.

what common with all these men its that they CLEARLY take care for how they look, ALL working out, clear skin, light tan and nice trendy clothing - and that is it, nothing you cant achieve with great deal of will.

I've been told I'm handsome before.... wait for it... for a BALD guy. Automatically implying that I belong to a lesser category of handsome due to my baldness.

it doesnt *hurt* me what other people think about my hairloss, it does piss me off when they comment about it, its like ill be walking down the street pointing peoples flaws to them... its the "rudeness" that ticks me off... unless your an attractive bi*ch i dont care what you think.

But wait Uman, that's all made up. People don't really think that way. We live in this world where everyone is viewed the same. It's just your own insecurity. Right? Right?

I don't get why people get so offended

Uman has been called handsome, for a bald guy

I have been called ugly several times. And if girls didn't called me ugly plain and simple into my face, they told me I was not "THAT bad looking". All before I started losing my hair

And guess what? Being ugly is not so bad after all. Of course it is a nightmare as a kid and in your teen years, but as I grew older I have noticed how my aspect becomes less and less important.
Of course I know baldness adds to my ugliness, and people judge others by their looks, but don't blow things out of proportion

I still believe many around here had it fairly easy in life when they had hair. Well, welcome to our world

And even more bald guys who don't deal with it well. Not everyone looks the same. Bald is sexy on some, ok on some and horrible on others.

Kelly Slater looks great when he has a shaved head.
So does Barcelona coach, Pep Guardiola.
Both these guys have been know to grow their hair out a bit and I think they both look much smoother and better with a freshly shaved head.

Then again, both of them are good looking men and looked handsome with hair as well.

Ori sums it up well. If you look after your body, skin, get a light tan and keep yourself in good shape - You can look very good.
That takes dedication and a life style change.

And even in the UK, you can see people who are fair skinned who still look good with it shaved. I agree though it does instantly make you look older, if you are in your 20s, but after mid 30s I wouldn't say so, e.g. with Guardiola when he has his head shaved - I wouldn't have a clue how old he was. I wouldn't say 40, which is his age, but when it's grown out, he looks older with the grey bits and the bald patches.
