Hoppi sorry if I come across as being rude but you seem to be confused man.Initially I thought you were onto something with some of your theories even though many them didn't have scientific backing but now you are just hopping from plan to another.
If at all you do have male pattern baldness then stop wasting your time on all this and stick to some proven treatments.Hell Nizoral alone would do you a world of good than all these other concoctions you have been talking about.
A few years ago when I took some Multivitamins,I felt like I was growing back some hair but it never actually did.Right now I feel your eyes are playing tricks with you and you feel your plan is working.
Btw sorry man if it looks like I am just jumping between theories, I promise you I'm not. The thing is that as I learn more, I realize that there are lots of potential triggers for male pattern baldness, and everyone is different. People have different levels of genetic susceptibility, different diets and lifestyles, etc.
I mean if you look at what I was focusing on before, it's still all true. If you lower your SHBG too far, you will end up with more free T which will lead to more DHT and therefore a higher chance of hair loss. The combination of curcumin and resveratrol will work on some people, as it has on the Natural, due to it's beneficial effects on sex hormones and the level of inflammation in the body, as well as it's inhibition of certain pathways. Lignans mop up sex hormones and help to balance them correctly. Beta-sitosterol is also helpful I believe as a 5ar type 2 inhibitor, but this will never compare to the properties of s-equol, at least not in my mind.
Insulin and cortisol both lower SHBG and testosterone, cause imbalances and harm the body, and I still believe that things like stress and excessive sexual activity affect inflammation levels.
But what people have to understand is that while I have taken all of this information on board and I never forget it, that doesn't mean I am applying it to myself as my specific trigger.
At the end of the day, I am not jumping between treatments as such (or at least not for the sake of it), I simply know more than I did before.
