Nzoral and T/Gel sorted me out but it took a few weeks, now I am, 100% itch free.

If it really gets to you, just scratch it, but be gentle, don't go taking limps of flesh off.

good luck

I suggest picking up a bottle of T/Gel 'Anti-Itch' shampoo. It is T/Gel, plus it has menthol in it, which is a topical anesthetic. Cycle it into your existing shampoo regimen, see if it helps.

Im using nizoral once a week, shall i increase that ?

The use Nizoral for the itching itching use Nizroal 2 times a week for the first few weeks then once every 2 weeks to keep the itching at bay.

To use Nizoral as an anti-androgen use 2-3 times a week.

I used to itch a lot on my scalp. Used T-gel, thought it made my hair looks worse, never used Nizoral. I stopped using T-gel all together. My hair rarely ever itched after 4-5 months on Rogaine and using a regular shampoo (Vive for Men). I think it just takes time for your scalp to adjust.
