I have just stepped out from the dermatologist clinic!
First i told her about my regime and history , then showed her the pics in this forum , she took a look with the dermascope and was in a shock , she could diagnose the case at once , but said it’s not common here ,
i was diagnosed with 2 scalp fungi
1) Pityriasis amiantacea
2) while & Black Piedra
then she prescribed me the following
1) hair mask to use before each shower
2) asked me to finish the nizoral bottle i got then switch to another type of shampoo “ anti-fungal”
3) daily spray to he applied on scalp “ anti-fungal” not minoxidil at all.
I’ll follow up after one month and keep u updated! Hopefully things get better
Btw she asked me not to keep reading about such pathogens and not to get depressed at all .
thank u
