Good afternoon my name John I’m 26 years old and have noticed some thinning at the hairline corners and sides. Now recently I’m not sure if it seems like the lighting or the natural whirl. But, based on opinions and experience would you think this is related to male pattern baldness? And should I do a treat meant if so? I haven’t really taken pictures or analyzed the top of my head before. My father is bald but none of my grandfathers are. I put pictures of the crown and also hairline just to give an idea. Thank you

Good evening John my name is Andy. It does look like your hairline and possibly whole scalp is starting to thin, but it's not bad enough to say for sure. I would go to a dermatologist who specialises in hair loss to do a microscope examination to be sure.

Top of that matters my scalp usually exposes skin in certain areas but when it grows to a 2 you can’t really see it but I will take that idea and see for sure wit a Doctor. I found a pic I took back in June of last year im not sure if this would help for the scalp situation. How do you feel about the crown areA?

IDK I really dont see it. Its so minor right now. IMO everyone should wait until they see an obvious bald spot you dont need a microscope to see like a spot that is visible to others before starting any major treatment like propecia. A little nizoral or minoxidil? Sure no harm but save the drugs for real male pattern baldness when your 100 percent sure
