Here 3 more dry pictures are at 5/8" buzz.
I don't think it's as bad as you guys say. The crown only bothers me a 3/10 scale but the front hairline bothers me 8/10 scale.

Hope some more people say I'm transplant eligible from these pictures.

Have to agree with what others have already said. You should have started treatment earlier if you think you can get back to Norwood 2. I think you have the following options:

1. Accept it and do nothing. Easier said than done I know, but still a realistic option.

2. Buzz it down and focus on other parts in your life that you can improve. Personally I think that with the amount of hairloss you have it would look better if buzzed completely down since your hairline give little to no facial frame.

3. Hair system. As others say you can get a good head of hair. Only realistic option for you if you think good hair and anything above norwoord 3/4V.

4. Agressive regiment to get back as much as possible: Dutasteride, keto and minoxidil two times per day. Need to do this for minimum 1 year and prefereably 2 years to see how you respond. Then maybe a hairtransplant for the hairline combined with SMP. Will still need to keep a short buzz cut, but should give you some frame to the face.

Regardless of what you decide we might get more options in the future like shisedio and Tsjui+++++, but if you read threads back from 10 years ago the waiting game has not paid off.

Did you see the pictures I posted right above your reply also?
If a transplant got me to Norwood 2.5 - 3 I'd be happy

Try oral minoxidil 5mg, with dutasteride if finasteride is not enough. Your last hope

Yes. Looked at all your photos, but you will not be a norowood 2 or 3 unless you have a really aggressive regiment and are one of the few that respond great and get a lot of regrowth. This is why it is so imporant to start with treatment early if hair is important to you. Do as Cesc says for 1-2 years before even considering a transplant. Save money so you can og to Japan and a have Shiseido/Tsjui when it comes out. If you need hair now a system is your only option. You can always start treaments and use a system for some years and see how you respond and see what New treaments that come out.

Before even thinking about hair transplant, I think the question is, has your hair loss stabilized? As mentioned previously you'll need to get on treatments for at least a year to 2.

Your hair characteristics(thin hair) doesn't help. Seeing as your more interested in the hair transplant route.
Your best expectations would probably be

1. Stabilize hair loss first with treatments
2. Consult and find a good hair surgeon and perhaps try to get coverage back to where you can shave it close for the buzz look.

Google smp for blonde men. There's some results which smp the hairline with existing hairs that seem okay. However they did not have your level of hairloss. Whatever you do, take your time and do your research. Good Luck.

Dr Koray Erdogan in Turkey replied to my request...

"Dr. Koray Erdogan estimated your total donor capacity maximum 3000-4000 grafts. It means that he will be able to extract maximum 4000 grafts without making any visible change.

This amount of grafts would be enough only for the Frontal Area."

I think dutasteride (0.5 mg ED) and spironolactone (200 mg ED) can save you, but it's a pretty hardcore regimen, so think about it. Personally I'm considering oral spironolactone.

Maintenance seems high for a hair system.
Replacing the piece every 6 months, and maintenance costs, I think price would be closer to $1,000/year.
For that price I'd rather a transplant for $7k-10k

I don't have any chest/back hair so no transplant grafts there.
I would stick with finasteride and minoxidil. If you continue to lose the donor area with those then what will happen if you got a transplant? Most people don’t think about the continued hair loss that will occur behind transplanted areas. The only way to maintain that for you is on finasteride and min. I hate to be a pessimist but you waited too long man. Hair system or shave it. Those are the options.

Why are some posters saying this is the worst case of hair loss they have ever seen, take a look around there are loads of people in there 30's with hair like the op.
I agree that I hair transplant isn't the best option at this stage and think maybe a system, however I still think transplant at the front and maybe a hair system at the back.
Whatever op decides I wish him the best of luck and don't give up.
A system will look 100% more natural then a transplant with this degree of loss

Is this miniaturized hair / regrowth!? 9 months finasteride and 1 week minoxidil. Temple area. Picture was taking right after putting my liquid minoxidil on so you're seeing some of that in the pic as well.
