Thanks for that :)

Is your training intensity/time still the same as before finasteride? (please be honest)

Please make sure to keep us updated.

You've got to be a competitive body builder. Your body fat looks <5-6%. Correct?

You consider Stax somewhat fat??? The dude is jacked qith VERY little fat.

Here's a newsflash for those that compare the average person to those in magazines: Getting big (like Stax) and having a PERFECT six pack has to do with either: airbrushing; severe dehydration; or freakish genetics. Period.

If you want chiseled abs you HAVE to sacrifice upper-body size; and vice versa.

Kudos on your appearance, Stax; keep up the hard work. :punk:

FYI, I have been on finasteride for 12 years and have shredded abs. I used to be into bodybuilding years ago--and...had no six pack--but as I've gotten older preferred a leaner look. I would say in my mid-30's I have a better physique than most in their mid-20's.

And no, Amsch, I'm not going to post a photo of my abs for you.

@ Shma,

My intensity is exactly the same!.I train 4 times a week ..my workouts last about 1 hour

@moxsom,

No i have never competed. I dont really intend to compete ,i just like to keep in shape:)My bodyfat is roughly around 5 %

One interesting thing is my training buddy is about to try Growth Hormone.I wonder what effect that would have on hair?I know steriods would kill your hair but GH??Like i said i ONLY take protein and a good diet ..i would never EVER take any steriods ect...

Let me know how that works out for him. I've been looking into GH for awhile.

Your diet must be insanely strict... Care to share?

Going on propecia will not result in a six pack?

LOL.

Are you a body builder?

Normal exercise is fine and even weight training. I have been on propecia for 8 and half years and managed to gain weight due to age. I have also been able to gain muscle mass through standard weight training.

The above question you ask, has no implications at all!
Whatever dude.

I still haven't got an answer of any user getting or keeping their sixpack / muscle mass without having to increase their training or so after starting finasteride.
Yes,u can six pack, eight pack and even sixty pack. U can have sex too.Can you believe THAT? :shakehead:

I have a question for all the propecia-users who have been on a daily dose of propecia for at least 2 years or so..

Do you have a good body? Where you able to maintain your apperance without having to work out harder etc.? Do you have a sixpack?

Just wondering

PS: If not, please post as well.

I'm a long term user. I used to go to the gym a lot, not much anymore. I'm decently strong and if I take my shirt off you can definitely tell I work out, I've never really had a super defined 6 pack which is strange, I'm about 13% bodyfat.
