As far as shampoo, besides Nizoral, does it really matter. I was looking online for an all natural shampoo and conditioner, and Innerlight has a hairloss shampoo and conditioner. Does anybody know if these ingredients would do hair any good, or harm. I emailed them and this is their response:

Shampoo:

Aloe Vera, Deionized Water, Decyl Glucoside, Cellulose Gum, Glycerin, Water extracts of Key lime, Tangerine, and Grapefruit, InnerLight Colloidal
Silver, SuperGreens, Colloidal Tin, Peppermint, Allantoin, Keratin Protein,
Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Lavender, Wheat Grass extract, Burdock, Lecithin, Yucca, Avocado Oil, Rosemary Oil, Soapbark Extract, Barley Grass Extract, Thymus, Inositol, Chamomile Extract, Folic Acid, BioTin, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Retinol (Vitamin A)

Conditioner:

Aloe Vera, Deionized Water, Stearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Bromide, Olive Oil, Panthenol, Sesame Oil, Peppermint, Allantoin, InnerLight Colloidal Silver, Clove, Lecithin, Dimethicone Copolyol, Rosemary Oil, Comfrey, Keratin Protein, Inositol, Nettle, Barley Grass Extract, Germaben Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) Folic Acid, BioTin, Retinol (Vitamin A)

Please note that we don't claim that our shampoo and conditioner prevent
hair loss, rather our products are designed to dissolve follicle blocking
oils and solids and promote healthy hair growth (which some people take to mean prevent hair loss), and they contain all natural ingredients with no
artificial coloring, dyes, or fragrances. There are no studies (at least
none that I'm aware of), but I have several satisfied customers with repeat orders of both products, and my husband and I both use the shampoo andconditioner exclusively.

Progaine has got the best ingredients I've seen. Protein, biotin, zinc, silica, niacin. Thats like the best ingredients for the hair and so far, progaine is the only shampoo I've seen that has it all. Plus you can buy it at wal mart.

Dont trust people selling their own products on this site..They are ONLY in it for themselves and will say anything to make a sale.

Dr Hair you should be banned from this site for that type of shameless advertising

i already own a co. i do not need to sell anything, i have been using the product for many years with great success. i think it would help others so i have made it aval. as far as don't trust people that sell their own products, yes it would be much better to trust a large co. like revivogen, they are in it for the cash. the only results i have heard of are the results that are posted on their site. the stuff is crap, they have the potential to make their product effective, but they are saving money by selling low concentrations

Which one? They have several kinds of Progaine. Thanks,

It's in a blue bottle with red writing on it. Under Progaine it says "optimizes fine or thinning hair". Costs like $5 for 10 ozs. Check the ingredients to make sure you get the right one.

Is protein necessary in shampoo to provide thickening or appearance of body? Anyone know??

Probably so, I've seen it in about every so called thickening shampoo. I think protein makes up like 88% of the hair?

So you think people are gonna spring the money to buy your stuff from some guy who posted 7 times, uses a yahoo account for his email address, and claims to experience a ton of regrowth from a shampoo and all natural topical treatment.. Do I need to say more?

i do not expect people to do anything. i am currently working on the site, but i have given people the option of buying now before the site is up if they would like. many people think drugs are the only answer to hair loss, because they are the only proven treatments available. but they do not work for everyone. just because a treatment was not approved by the fools at the drug admin. does not mean that it does not work. it costs millions of dollars for the fda to conduct studies and approve a drug. they do not however regulate or conduct studies on herbal treatments they only regulate what the lable says. and science has yet to find a drug that helps everyone. many times their hairloss is made worse. and once you start on a drug such as rogaine you can never stop unless shedding like a dog is ok with you.
