Almost 6 month update

I'm a diffuse thinner for about 6 years now. I'll make this quick.

Libido good. Hair loss slightly less, no hair growth at all. Hair a little thicker. No sides, except some acne. Hair looks worse on crown however, considering starting minoxidil. Going to grow hair very long and see how it looks. Overall not satisfied, hoping hairloss comes to a halt.

Started MSM to help grow hair and possible improve texture? May consider minoxidil in a few months for crown.

It seems almost every picture on this site I see is people who think they are going "bald" but I can never see it myself. Mate your hair looks fine, I really don't think you have anything to worry about personally - if I saw you in the street I sure would not think you are losing your hair.

If i had hair like yours i would be ecstatic - however, it is not what everyone says it is how YOU feel - as we all know, getting others to understand can be hard and the effect it can have on your mental health can be devastating (yeah, we all know that there are more important things to worry about, blah, blah.....).what i am trying to say is that i think you look fine but if it worries you i can accept that as well!

I am not sure how you would manage with my loss, i have to buzz my hair with a beard trimmer now, due to the severe loss - however I have now made the decision to go for a hair transplant (see Surgical alternatives - hair transplant going for it!)

DUde, I'm not passing judgement here, but for f*Cks sake, if you're going to show a picture of your hair get a better angle. From that pic it looks like you're a nw0 with absolutely no thinning at all. The texture of your hair even loooks like male pattern baldness has not ravaged it.

If that's balding, where do I sign up?

At least you have an ***-kickin hairline. Man, I would kill for a hairline like that! I would'nt worry about that bit of thinning at the back. That's the area where Regaine and Propecia tend to shine their brightest. Hate to sound like one of those people who 'just dont understand' but dude, you have nothing to worry about.

Makes sence to me man. Your hair looks good in it. While it may be thinning its important to not scrutinize our situation all the time, step back, and get a broader picture. For most, our thinning is not as bad as we percieve, and its really important to let go of that self critical outlook and have good self confidence while we still have hair.

Dude, your hair looks great. I really can't tell if your balding or not, but usually you will be the first to notice. I don't know how agressively I would treat your situation. Probably just propecia, and nizoral would be fine for your situation. Anyway, good luck.

You're probably the only guy on these sites who would call people stupid for saying he's not balding.

The photos you've posted in this thread don't exactly help your cause; certainly, I don't think you could prompt an unsolicited "that's guy's f*****g BALDING!!!!!111oneshiftone!!11" from the first photo in this thread.

The one you had a while ago as a baseline showed some thinning. The fact is your hair isn't that bad - at all. That's why you're hearing what you're hearing - and you're amongst a group of total psychopaths who think Tom Cruise is thinning.

I'd say relax, give yourself (and others) a break and recognize that while you are experiencing some loss, it could be much, much worse.
