At this point you have nothing to lose. Already a limp dick trick.

Hair > prostate massage, fingers your ***, and plays with your slug

No hair > Watching p**rn with a limp dick that you rage fap towards orgasm.

I care more about ED than hair. I will put it off and see what happens may just get a penile implant and jump on finasteride

Seriously ..... a penis pump ? Go to a doctor. Get blood tests and try to get your body healthy and functioning the way its supposed to.

ED can be from a variety of things but exceedingly these days its seen from men's hormone profile getting completely screwed. This can come from a variety of factors - bad diet, overweight etc - but I've seen cases in healthy looking guys who get ED problems. Get a blood test and figure out whats happening - You might be able to kill two birds with one stone.

Could you explain why I as a transgender woman can achieve an erection with practically no DHT or Testosterone and a high level of Estradiol? Hormones aren't always to blame for ED, there are many other medical issues that contribute to it.

ED isn't perfectly understood. With that said within studies show that testosterone replacement therapy does help some people, indicating that it does contribute to erectile health. It may be the case with you that you need very little testosterone for your dick to function properly. Good for you.

Probably a little bit of what David_MPN wrote - but mostly I would say it comes down to the fact that you likely have worked with a doctor to carefully re balance your hormones. All estrogen are not made equal and if the body is not adequately prepared to deal with them and process them the correct way then you get dangerous, damaging estrogen metabolites created.

Estradiol - the principal estrogen in women, is transformed into Estrone. Estrone, in turn, is converted into 2-hydroxyestrone or 16a-hydroxyestrone. 16a-hydroxyestrone is a potent carcinogen - a bad estrogen linked with all manner of horrible things such as cancers in both men and women, low libido, hairloss. 2-hydroxyestrone is non-carcinogenic and possibly anti-carcinogenic- a good estrogen. The ratio of these two estrogens dictates how estrogen effects the body. In many men who's bodies are not built to deal with elevated levels of Estrogens they end up metabolizing very high levels of the dangerous and damaging - 16a-hydroxyestrone which the body struggles to process out.
