From the picture, no, you are not balding. At least not on top.

Most men start receding (hairline) first. However, there are those
that start on top.

It's not bad yet, just monitor that region from time to time. Personally, I think everyone who noticed changes on male pattern baldness area should start finasteride as soon as possible. When I noticed that little thining on the vertex, I didn't even know about finasteride. I thought I was immune to that sh*t, there is no baldness in my family at all. It was only year ago... And now I know a lot more.
