Am I Balding At 19 Or Is This Normal?

The thinning is not exclusive to the top of my head- it's pretty much all over my head. Is some miniaturization normal as you age, coupled with a mature hairline or am I just making sh*t up?

No it is not normal at the rate you are experienced it. When you say "all over my head" do you mean the very back and sides too? Just get on 1mg of propecia either way, the thinning that can be seen at the front is clearly balding.

How to I get finasteride? Is it prescription or is there a place I can buy it from. I do not have a doctor at the moment.

Prescription, and I wouldn't recommend buying it online. A years supply on the generic finasteride is less than $100 too.

Can any doctor give me a prescription for it or do I have to see a dermatologist? Unfortunately there aren't any really in my area. Also, I've heard it can cause negative prostate side effects- prostate cancer is extremely prevalent in my family, so would the risk go up?

Yeah just any doctor. It decreases the risk of both low and high grade prostate cancer, however it masks the effects of high grade cancer if it forms. None of that really matters until you are 40 however, and at that point you can just get regular checkups. At the age where that is relevant one would hope they have found a better cure for hairloss too.
